El líder de MILES, Luis D´Elía, fue beneficiado este mediodía con la prisión domiciliaria, ya que la Justicia entendió que representaba «un riesgo para los demás detenidos del Penal de Ezeiza» si reingresaba tras haber estado en una clínica en medio de la pandemia de coronavirus.
Fuentes judiciales informaron a NA que la decisión fue tomada por el Tribunal Oral Federal número 8, luego de que el dirigente fuera trasladado desde la cárcel hasta la Clínica Anchorena por un cuadro de fiebre producto de unas anginas.
La justificación judicial fue que al haber estado en la calle, particularmente en un centro médico, D´Elía representaba un riesgo para el resto de los detenidos y para el personal del Servicio Penitenciario Federal ante la posibilidad de que sea vector de coronavirus.
